If I sign up now, when will I receive my box?
Your first box will ship within 3 business days.
Allow for 7-10 days for shipping.
Does the subscription plan auto renew?
Yes!
For the Quarterly Subscription you will be charged every 3 months until you cancel.
For the Annual Subscription you will be charged annually until you cancel
Can I adjust my payment schedule?
Please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com so that we can assist you!
How do I update my subscription information?
You will be emailed a Subscription Welcome Email and in that email there will be a button that you can click to access your customer portal.
In the portal you can update your shipping address, payment method, skip/pause a payment, and retry a payment.
If you would like to reschedule payments or cancel your subscription please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com so that we can assist you.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing divas@thedatingdivas.com. There is NEVER a cancellation fee! If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.
If you subscribed to our Annual Subscription (purchased after May 25th, 2024) you are committed to the full year (4 boxes) and no refunds are offered. But we can assist you in cancelling your next renewal payment. Please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com.
If you subscribed to our Annual Subscription (purchase before May 25th, 2024) and really don't feel like this subscription is for you after your first box, we can issue a partial refund from your next payment, calculated so that the cost of the box you received is equal to our Quarterly Subscription rate. Please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com so that we can assist you. Note: the price of your free gift for committing to the Annual Subscription will also be deducted from your refund.
Can I return or exchange my subscription box?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any of the items in the box. We do our best to select items that we think you will absolutely LOVE!
If you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at divas@thedatingdivas within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you!
What if my box or item arrives damaged or defective?
We work really hard to package items so that they survive all of that bumpy transit - however, if you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at divas@thedatingdivas within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you!
We may need to ask for pictures of the damage for reporting purposes so please don't throw anything away before contacting us.
What if my card has insufficient funds at the time of my renewal?
The system will automatically attempt to charge your card for a period of 10 days after your renewal. If the transaction does not go through, unfortunately your subscription will be canceled.
Please note: The Dating Divas company is not responsible for any incurred bank or overdraft fees that may be accrued as a result of any renewal charges.
