If you ordered one of our IN STOCK physical products, it should ship in 3-5 business days, and we'll send another email to let you know once we've shipped it along with the tracking number!

What is your return/refund policy?
Digital Products:
Because our digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchasing and cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds.
Physical Products:
For Damaged & Defective Products:
Please email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com with your order number and a picture or description of the damage within 7 days of delivery per the tracking number provided. We will respond within 24 hours and work to get a new product to you in 3-10 business days.
For Lost Products:
If your physical product is has been lost, email us at divas@thedatingdivas.com and we will help locate or replace the item.
Unauthorized Purchases:
If you feel you were charged in error or were charged more than you should have been, we will be happy to rectify any erroneous charges ASAP! Email us at: divas@thedatingdivas.com
What is your shipping policy?
Physical Products:
Cost
- All packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
- We offer three shipping prices ($9, $11, and $14) based on overall weight of your order. You will only see the shipping prices that your order qualifies for.
Timeframe
- If the item(s) are in stock, your order will typically ship out in 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time Frame Estimates - US: Expected 3-7 business days transit
- International: We don't currently ship physical products internationally. But all digital products will be emailed immediately.
Processing time: Order verification and packaging. All in-stock orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days. Orders placed before midnight will be mailed in 2-3 days. If you ordered one of our PRE-ORDER physical products, please refer to the store listing for a shipping timeline, and we'll send another email to let you know once we've shipped it! Reminder: Any in stock physical products ordered on the same order as a pre-order will be held until the pre-order ships.
As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: Once your package has left our warehouse, The Dating Divas are not responsible for weather or mail carrier delays. Shipping timeframes to Alaska and Hawaii are often longer than the options listed at checkout.
